Return/Refund Policy
At Legno, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. However, we would like to inform you of our cancellation and return policies, which have been designed to protect both our customers and our business.
Conditions For Cancellation:
Cancelling an order is allowed only before it is shipped from Legno’s warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team, who will assist you with the process. Please note that a Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 10% on the paid value for the transaction will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that no cancellations are allowed on customised orders and products purchased during sales or using discount codes.
Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, no cancellations are allowed, unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be considered at our sole discretion. In such cases, the customer will bear two-way shipping charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Conditions For Return/Refunds:
- We accept returns only for defective products, and a refund will be provided only if a replacement for the same product is not available. Please notify us of any damaged or defective products within 24 hours of delivery, with images or videos as proof. Our customer care team will assist you with the process.
- For Part Payment orders that contain products from all categories, no refund will be made in case of cancellations. The advance amount will be considered as cancellation charges.
- We understand that in some circumstances, a product may get delayed by up to 60 days. During this time period, no refund will be issued.
Please do not accept any products with damaged or tampered packaging, except for normal wear and tear and markings on the outer surface, which may occur during transit.
All products should be unused and returned in their original packaging, with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
We strongly advise that return packets should be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Please note that any products damaged after delivery to the customer will not be accepted for return, except in exceptional cases, which will be considered at our discretion. In such cases, the customer will bear cancellation charges of 10% and transportation charges for both sides.
